I have had a blast working out with a great bunch of people in the group sessions. We have been laughing, whining, complaining and cussing while getting stronger & healthier under the watchful eyes of our dedicated PT. Every session was slightly different, which kept us on our toes, he pushes you to your limits and beyond, sometimes even trying to break you!! Which is fine, we just cuss and move on, but he also knows when you are just not 100% on the day and alters the weight or the station.
