Standard session times are 35 minutes at the value of $75 per session. Please choose a multiple of $75 for several sessions. ($75,$150,$225,300)

Extended session times are 50 minutes at the value of $105 per session. Please choose a multiple of $105 for several sessions. ($105,$210,$315). Please contact us for larger purchases

All new visitors are entitled to a free 45 minute consultation before their first session. Current members will have credits applied directly to their accounts after the gift has been exchanged.

Purchases are non refundable but are transferable to other members

All credits are able to be used across all One Life Fitness coaches.

Credits do not expire.

A one life team member will contact you post purchase to organise the use of the credits.
